Proppi runs the campaign.Every yes stays yours.
Every campaign is a hundred small jobs, and you get paid for about five of them. Proppi reads the property file — title, reports, photos, and in New Zealand the Land Information Memorandum — then drafts the listing and keeps every fact source-linked. When a configured connector supports publication, approval is required and the result is recorded.
Built for New Zealand and Australia
What selling agents use Proppi for
Listing to sold, without the hundred small jobs
The property file, read before you pitch
Land Information Memorandum, title, builder’s report — read into one room as they arrive, every fact linked to the page it came from. You walk in knowing what the file says.
Launch without a wrong ad going out
The ad, the information memorandum, and portal-ready listing content are prepared for review. When a configured connector supports publication, vendor sign-off is required and the result is recorded.
Every claim traceable to its page
“Was the roof issue fixed?” — the builder’s report and the invoice, one search away, with the page to prove it. When the file cannot support a claim, Proppi says so instead of guessing in your name.
The disclosure record, kept current
Documents filed and read as they arrive, so when a buyer’s lawyer asks what was disclosed and when, the answer is one search — not your sent folder.
Selling in either market:
Who it's for
Built around the campaign, start to sold
Winning the listing, running it, closing it — the same loop carries all three, so nothing changes shape mid-campaign.

How it all fits
One loop keeps those five promises
The five loop steps under each promise above are one system — the 5A loop. Every campaign runs the same way, so the tenth listing is no harder than the first. Enter anywhere; it always ends with you in control.
A1 · Assets
Remembered
Documents read, filed, and honest about their state.
A2 · Ask
Answered
Questions and tasks, grounded in your evidence.
A3 · Approve
Decided
Consequences shown first; the decision stays yours.
A4 · Add
Receipted
Results that stick, with receipts — retry-safe.
A5 · Attention
Watched
One queue raises what's next, and why.
↺ Attention starts the next piece of work, grounded in the file you already built — the loop, not your inbox, does the remembering.
Honest scope
What Proppi helps deliver — and where it stops
Proppi builds property memory from source documents. You stay in control of approvals and bring in qualified advisers where the decision requires one.
What we help do

- •Sell your data or train AI models on your documents
FAQ
Questions, answered plainly
Can an AI assistant really publish a listing on my behalf?
It can do everything up to the approval card and nothing past it. Connect Proppi to Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini and the assistant can read the property file and draft the listing, but publication stops for a person to approve. Connecting an assistant changes who does the typing, not who makes the decision.
Do I need to use an AI assistant at all?
No. Everything works in Proppi on its own. The assistant is just another door into the same job, for people who already live in one.
Where does Proppi publish listings to?
Trade Me today, for sales — so New Zealand is covered and Australia is not, yet. Rental listings are drafted end to end but publishing them is still in build, and Australian channels are in progress. We would rather name a channel when it works than before. If you list rentals, or list in Australia, join the beta and we will tell you the day yours goes live.
Whose Trade Me account does a listing publish through, and who pays the listing fee?
Yours. You connect your own Trade Me account, so the listing goes out under your identity and Trade Me bills you directly at its normal rates. Proppi adds nothing on top and takes no cut — Proppi being free while in beta is a separate thing from what Trade Me charges to run a listing. Publishing through an account you do not have to supply yourself is planned once bring-your-own is working well.
What if a drafted listing gets something wrong?
Every draft names the documents it was built from, so you can check it against the file it came from rather than taking it on trust. Nothing is published until you have read it and approved it.
How is Proppi different from my CRM?
Your customer relationship manager tracks contacts and tasks. Proppi reads the property file itself — the Land Information Memorandum, title, tenancy agreement, reports and photos — and drafts the listing that comes out of it, every claim tied back to its source page and nothing published until you approve it.
What does Proppi not do?
Proppi builds the property file and prepares campaign work for approval. It doesn’t replace your lawyer or conveyancer, make disclosure decisions for you, or publish anything on its own. Use it alongside your professionals — not instead of them.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. We use enterprise-grade infrastructure hosted in secure data centres. Only you can access your documents, and we never use your content to train AI models.
What file types are supported?
Proppi accepts PDFs, JPEGs, PNGs, and HEIC photos from your phone — plus scanned documents. Our AI reads and processes them all, even low-quality scans and photos of paper documents.
How do I get my documents into Proppi?
Today, drag and drop files in the upload page. Coming soon: forward attachments in from your email, or connect Gmail or Google Drive to pull documents in from where they already live.
How does Proppi prepare work from my documents?
Add a listing and Proppi drafts it from the property file — 88 Crown Street's title, reports and photos read into one room. The draft carries source links, so you can verify every claim before you approve it.
Do I need to tag or organize my documents?
No. Upload your documents and Proppi classifies them automatically, extracts the key details, and uses them to build property memory. No folders, no tags, no manual filing system to maintain.
What regions does Proppi support?
Proppi currently supports property documents from New Zealand and Australia — leases, tenancy agreements, insurance policies, building reports, and more. We’re expanding support to additional regions soon.
Start with a property you already have.
Drop in the file — the draft comes back for your approval, and nothing goes live until you say so.
