Start with the property and your request. In the digital beta, add your records, ask questions and request supported prepared work.
Review useful drafts alongside their source documents, resolve missing information and make the decisions that need your input.
Planned: help arrange the people and next actions for online and on-site jobs, including maintenance and accounting support. These services are not available in the beta.
Today, return to saved Work to review its status and result. Planned: completion checks, acceptance and follow-up across the wider service journey.
Property records, source-linked answers and supported prepared Work. New Zealand residential rental listing drafts can be reviewed and saved. New Zealand sale listings can publish to Trade Me after approval; rental publishing and Australian channels are still in build.
Local coordination, maintenance and accounting support are part of the direction. No trades network, on-site fulfilment or end-to-end maintenance service is currently offered. Availability will be stated before you request a service.
