How is Proppi different from Google Drive or Dropbox?

File storage tools store files. Proppi reads the evidence and prepares reviewable property work from it — compliance reviews, owner updates, renewal lists, and cited answers tied back to the source page.

What does Proppi not do?

Proppi prepares property document and compliance work for review. It doesn’t file your tax return, replace your accountant, make legal decisions, or generate compliance certificates. Use it alongside your accountant, adviser, and property manager — not instead of them.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. We use enterprise-grade infrastructure hosted in secure data centres. Only you can access your documents, and we never use your content to train AI models.

What file types are supported?

Proppi accepts PDFs, JPEGs, PNGs, and HEIC photos from your phone — plus scanned documents. Our AI reads and processes them all, even low-quality scans and photos of paper documents.

How do I get my documents into Proppi?

Three ways. Drag and drop files in the upload page. Forward attachments to your unique Proppi inbox address. Or connect Gmail or Google Drive to pull documents in from where they already live.

How do I search my documents?

Brief the property job or ask a plain-English question — like “What’s the rent on my Surry Hills unit?” or “When was the last inspection at 88 Crown Street, Sydney?” Proppi prepares the answer with page citations so you can verify the evidence before you act.

Do I need to tag or organize my documents?

No. Upload your documents and Proppi classifies the evidence automatically, extracts the key details, and uses them to prepare the deliverable. No folders, no tags, no manual filing system to maintain.

What regions does Proppi support?

Proppi currently supports property documents from New Zealand and Australia — leases, tenancy agreements, insurance policies, building reports, and more. We’re expanding support to additional regions soon.

What happens when I hit my plan limit?

You’ll be notified as you approach your plan’s limit. You can upgrade at any time. We never delete your documents — you simply can’t upload new ones until you upgrade or your next billing cycle starts.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, no lock-in contracts. Cancel from your account settings and you’ll retain access until the end of your billing period.
