How is Proppi different from my CRM?
Your CRM tracks contacts and tasks. Proppi reads the property file itself — LIM, title, reports, photos — and prepares the campaign work from it: ads, IMs, data rooms, vendor reports, buyer answers, each tied back to source pages and gated on your approval.
What does Proppi not do?
Proppi builds the property file and prepares campaign work for approval. It doesn’t replace your lawyer or conveyancer, make disclosure decisions for you, or publish anything on its own. Use it alongside your professionals — not instead of them.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. We use enterprise-grade infrastructure hosted in secure data centres. Only you can access your documents, and we never use your content to train AI models.
What file types are supported?
Proppi accepts PDFs, JPEGs, PNGs, and HEIC photos from your phone — plus scanned documents. Our AI reads and processes them all, even low-quality scans and photos of paper documents.
How do I get my documents into Proppi?
Today, drag and drop files in the upload page. Coming soon: forward attachments in from your email, or connect Gmail or Google Drive to pull documents in from where they already live.
How does Proppi prepare work from my documents?
Add a listing or tell Proppi what to prepare from the property file — an appraisal for 88 Crown Street, a buyer Q&A pack, this week’s vendor report. Proppi prepares the work with source links so you can verify every claim before you approve it.
Do I need to tag or organize my documents?
No. Upload your documents and Proppi classifies them automatically, extracts the key details, and uses them to build property memory. No folders, no tags, no manual filing system to maintain.
What regions does Proppi support?
Proppi currently supports property documents from New Zealand and Australia — leases, tenancy agreements, insurance policies, building reports, and more. We’re expanding support to additional regions soon.
How much does Proppi cost?
Nothing right now — Proppi is free while we build it with early members. When paid plans arrive, you’ll hear first and early accounts keep generous grandfathered limits. No credit card required, cancel anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no lock-in contracts. Cancel from your account settings and you’ll retain access until the end of your billing period.
